At Redeemed TPW, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Your happiness matters to us!

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return

  1. Do not send items without approval – returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
